✔ Original UK adoption certificate or certified copy from the GRO or local register office with wet ink signature/seal/date
✔ Original document stamped/sealed by a court or signed by an official of the court/judge (solicitor certification required)
✔ Photocopy or printout of a UK adoption document (must be solicitor-certified)
